Quality, Tested CBD – and Why It Matters
CBD is increasingly popular, with hundreds of products designed to provide everything from better sleep to relief and recovery to increased focus. Once you’ve figured out which CBD formula is right for you, it’s important to be able to trust that what’s in the bottle or jar matches what’s on the label.
This is where third-party testing comes in. Independent labs test CBD products, verifying the cannabinoid content matches what’s on the label and screening for the presence of heavy metals, pesticides, and other contaminants.
Unlike some companies that cut corners, CBDistillery ensures that every single batch of their CBD products are tested by an accredited lab. And these test results are posted on their website, so you can see them before you place your order.
CBDistillery is so sure you’ll like their products, they’re offering a special deal: save 50% on orders of $75 or more with code AUGUST50!
Tip of the day
If your forehand drives sail long, sit up in the middle of the net, or just feel like a slap, the fault is usually behind you. Coach Cori Elliott traced exactly that problem in a lesson to a player whose weight was sitting in his back heels.
With the weight back, the arm takes over and the wrist does the work, which is what makes a drive feel like a slap.
The fix starts before the ball arrives. Get set and balanced as you move to it, almost like you are settling into a lunge, rather than arriving off balance and swinging anyway.
From there, step your front leg across and bring your non paddle hand across with it. That pulls your shoulder into the shot, which is where the aim and the power come from.
Take the paddle back with the butt cap pointing out and let the wrist lag behind. At the last second, swing through the ball and finish up over your shoulder.
Contact belongs well out in front of you, far enough that you can hit through the ball rather than at it. Elliott had the player catch fed balls first, just to feel the right spacing before hitting any.
Two details finish it. Keep a slight bend in your elbow, because a locked straight arm is very hard to control, and stay low all the way through contact instead of standing up out of the shot.
