The CBD Brand that Actually Does What It Says
CBD is having a moment and CBD brands are everywhere right now. But with so many options, it can be tough to know what to look for – and which brands actually follow through on their claims.
That’s where CBDistillery sets itself apart. For the past decade, all of CBDistillery's products have been made with non-GMO, US-grown industrial hemp and with 100% clean ingredients – no corn syrup or artificial colors, flavors, preservatives or sweeteners.
They frequently introduce new and innovative products formulated to meet a variety of wellness needs and customer preferences. And every single batch of CBDistillery’s gummies, oil tinctures, topicals and softgels are tested by an independent, accredited lab to make sure what’s in the package matches what’s on the label.
Right now, CBDistillery is offering our readers a special deal: save 50% on orders of $75 or more with code NEWS50!
Tip of the day
Two players can watch the same point and see completely different games, and the difference is mostly decisions rather than shots.
Start with the midcourt, which Tanner calls the biggest shift in how he sees the court. Advanced players think in percentages there and amateur players think in highlights.
From the midcourt your best bet is almost always a soft reset into the kitchen, because it buys you the walk up to the line. Only attack if the ball is high enough that you can get on top of it and hit down.
The trap is being nervous about the reset, because then you speed up from your shoes on whatever comes, and that is how the point gets away from you.
The second habit is categorizing every ball the instant it leaves your opponent's paddle: attack or defend, gas or brakes. On a sharp aggressive third shot drop, the correct answer is to concede the kitchen rather than force something.
Higher level players are also playing the next shot rather than the current one. Hit a big serve, expect the weak return, and take it off the rise to beat the returner to the net.
Same idea on an aggressive crosscourt dink. Roll the ball and then step over and lean in for the pop up instead of standing there admiring it.
Treat the match like a chess game, because what you do at 1-1 pays off at 8-8. Crank one at your opponent early when the score does not matter, then drop a soft dink into that same pattern later when they are braced for the hard ball.
Finally, take away your opponent's best shot. If they have a dangerous backhand flick, keep your dinks to the middle and to their partner until you get a ball you can get fully behind and hit low.
Key points
From the midcourt a soft reset is almost always the higher percentage play than an attack.

Decide attack or defend the instant the ball leaves your opponent's paddle.
Take the weak return off the rise after a big serve to beat the returner to the net.
Crank one early when the score does not matter so a soft dink works in that pattern later.
