Zane discusses the advantages and disadvantages of using one-handed and two-handed backhands in pickleball. T

wo-handed backhands can generate more power and stability, but one-handed backhands offer better reach and body protection.

He suggests a drill where players practice volleying to each other's left hip to get comfortable with both shots. Try switching behind a one-handed volley and a two-handed volley to see which one feels best, depending on the shot!

The best option could be using both, depending on the shot you get!

Selkirk Labs Project 006 Pickleball Paddle Review by The Pickleball Pirates

Keith from The Pickleball Pirates appreciated Project 006’s MicroSpin Raw 12k Carbon Fiber Texture and Omni-Tech Multi-Layer Carbon Fiber Face technologies, which offered a large sweet spot and a solid feel. He also believes the paddle offers a unique blend of control and power.

However, he noted that the paddle might feel a bit unforgiving when hitting outside of the sweet spot.

Despite its weight, Keith found the paddle quick at the net and well-balanced. He concluded that the paddle shines in control situations like dinking at the net or resets from the transition zone.
