Most Men Notice Aging All at Once
Men's skin is 25% thicker than women's. That sounds like an advantage. It isn't. Thicker skin delays the visible signs of aging — until collagen drops. And when it drops, it drops hard: heavier eye bags, deeper wrinkles, dark spots, loss of firmness. All at once. Most men were never taught to get ahead of it. That's where Particle Face Cream comes in. A 6-in-1 formula engineered specifically for men's skin — reduces eye bags, dark spots, and wrinkles, restores firmness, hydrates deeply, revives dull tone. Two minutes a day. No complicated routine. Over 1,000,000 men already use it. Try it risk-free with a 30-day money-back guarantee. 20% off with code BH20.
Tip of the day
The two-handed backhand might be the most uncomfortable shot in pickleball. Connor Garnett, a top five pro with one of the best two-handers in the game, breaks it into grip, footwork, swing, and contact.
Start with the grip. Right hand in a continental or shake-hands grip, left hand on the back of the paddle with one finger resting on the face.
One finger gives feel. Add a second for more feel, or take the fingers off for more power, and adjust from there.
Footwork comes next. Shuffle to the ball, then step in with your right foot (lefties flip everything) so your weight shifts forward and your hips stay open.
Plant that front foot heel first, then toe. If the front foot crosses over and you turn perpendicular to the court, your hips lock and the kinetic chain shuts down.
The swing starts below the ball with the paddle at a downward angle. Let your hips bring the paddle out, swing low to high, and finish by putting the paddle in the backpack over your shoulder.
You don't need a fast arm, because the hips supply the power and starting below the ball supplies the lift and spin. Start above the ball and you'll miss into the net.
Most players lose power at the contact point. Meet the ball in line with the middle of your chest, with your arms extended away from your body.
Too close to your body and your arms lose their leverage. Too far out front and the ball comes off with nothing on it.
For control, lean your shoulders down and swing slightly around the ball instead of straight through it. That absorbs the impact and keeps the ball down to your target.
For distance, regulate your backswing. Missing long, shorten the swing and start closer to the ball; missing short, take a bigger backswing.
And when you can, let the ball drop onto the paddle. The ball is moving slowest at that point, which buys you time and control.
Key points
Grip continental with your right hand and rest one left-hand finger on the paddle face for feel.
Step in heel to toe with your front foot and keep your hips open so the kinetic chain stays connected.
Start the paddle below the ball and finish over your shoulder so the hips, not the arm, supply the power.
Meet the ball at the middle of your chest with your arms extended away from your body.
Shorten your backswing when missing long, lengthen it when missing short, and let the ball drop onto the paddle when you can.
