Kyle shares a tip to improve defense so you can stay in points longer (meaning you have more chances to win the point!).

When the ball is hit high toward your opponents, get your paddle down. Similar to a volleyball player trying to return a spike or a baseball player fielding a ground ball.

This is because if the ball is up in the air, a good player will hit it down at the ground. Think of it like a seesaw!

This technique helps you stay in rallies longer, leading to more chances to win the point.
