Mastering the drop volley! 🏐

Tip of the Day

How to hit a drop volley by Zane Navratil Pickleball

The drop volley is a shot that lands close to the net, forcing your opponent to move forward.

It's not meant to win the point immediately but to give your opponent another thing to defend against. This makes your other shots more effective.

When hitting these finesse shots, Zane advises not to change your grip pressure but to let the ball come to you and take the pace off of it by carving the ball with your paddle.
