Tip of the day
Attacking off the bounce by Briones Pickleball
Jordan Briones teaches how to speed up and attack off the bounce effectively.
The key is to wait for the ball to reach its highest point (the Apex) and create enough space to hit it.
Drop the paddle tip down and use a short, compact swing with a little acceleration. Aim for the opponent's wings (sides) rather than the center, as it makes it harder for them to counter.
Practice by feeding yourself the ball, dropping the paddle tip, and accelerating through the shot.

Key Points:
Wait for the ball to reach its highest point before attacking off the bounce.
Create space by stepping back to allow the ball to rise.
Drop the paddle tip down and use a short, compact swing.
Aim for the opponent's sides to make it harder for them to counter.
Practice by feeding yourself the ball and accelerating through the shot.

Pickleball Apes Pro Line Energy paddle review by Tickle My Pickleball
The Pro Line Energy paddle by Pickleball Apes is designed with tennis players in mind.
It has a long handle that's great for two-handed backhands and a unique carbon fiber and Kevlar blend surface.
The paddle is powerful, especially for serves and baseline drives, but it feels softer than other thermoform paddles.
It's great for players who like to drive the ball with big backswing.
However, it's a bit more difficult to do blocks and resets with this paddle because of its narrower face.

Surface Material: Carbon fiber and Kevlar blend)
