Gray Hair and Beard? One Spray. No Dye. No Mess.

Most gray hair solutions only work on your head. Or they're designed for women. Or they're dye — which means gray roots, a bad smell, and a hairline that stops looking real. Particle Anti-Gray Serum is different. One product, five seconds a day, works on both hair and beard. It targets the root cause of graying and gradually restores your natural color — no dye, no mess, no routine that takes over your morning. Results that look natural because they are. Tip of the day

A big, deep serve sets up everything else in your game, and most of the power comes from your body, not your arm. These seven steps build it from the ground up.

Start in a wide, low, closed stance. Sitting into your legs is what lets your whole body contribute power.

Take the paddle back like you're holding a flashlight pointing behind you, with the butt of the paddle aimed at the other side of the net and your wrist cocked. That stored wrist position is where late power comes from.

Load your back leg, then fire your front hip while pushing off that back leg at the same time. Like a golfer, the hips and legs drive the paddle before the arm ever swings.

Make contact about a foot in front of your body with a square paddle face. Tossing between your legs robs you of the weight shift, and a face that isn't square sprays the ball left or right.

At contact, snap your wrist over while driving the arm forward. The snap adds speed and topspin, which makes the ball dip and stay low after the bounce.

Finish the swing all the way across to your opposite shoulder. Stopping halfway gives you half the power.

Once that feels smooth, step into the serve for extra momentum. Two steps are legal, and even one big step adds free miles per hour.

Key points

  • Serve from a wide, low, closed stance so your legs and hips can drive the swing.

  • Take the paddle back in the flashlight position with your wrist cocked.

  • Push off the loaded back leg and fire your front hip together before the arm swings.

  • Contact the ball about a foot in front of you with a square paddle face.

  • Snap your wrist at contact and finish across your body to your opposite shoulder.
