Hair Dye Causes New Problems. We’ll Fix the Original One.
Hair dye works. That's not the debate. The debate is what it costs you: the box every few weeks, the smell, the roots that give it away, the hairline that starts looking painted instead of real. You fixed the gray and created new problems.
Particle Anti-Gray Serum works differently. It targets the root cause of graying — restoring pigment gradually, naturally, without dye. Hair and beard. Results that look like yours, not like a product. Five seconds a day. Thirty-day money-back guarantee if you don't see a difference.
Over a million men trust Particle. This is the product that earns that number. Get 20% off and free shipping now with the exclusive promo code BH20.
Tip of the day
Most players play doubles but practice like singles players, which is why their teamwork breaks down in matches. Grab your favorite partner and run these five doubles-specific drills.
First, the crosscourt rally. After your normal crosscourt directionals, add serve and return into a crosscourt rally, because most players never practice recovering after the serve and end up missing first shots.
Second, volley to volley. Keep your volleys sharp, but do not stand right on top of the net. Practice from near the service line too, since that is where most match volleys actually happen.
Third, volley to baseline. One partner volleys from the transition area back to a partner on the baseline. You cannot fake this technique, and learning to control volleys from deep makes you a partner everyone wants.
Fourth, the lob and overhead drill. The defensive chip lob is badly underpracticed, and so are overheads, so get enough reps that you are confident hitting both under match pressure.
Fifth, the serve and return drill done the way coaches train pros: your partner stands in the midcourt and hits serves right at you. It forces a short, compact backswing so you can actually handle a big serve.
Key points
Practice serve to return into a crosscourt rally so you learn to recover after serving.
Drill volleys from near the service line, not just on top of the net.
Volley from the transition area back to the baseline to build solid, fakeproof technique.
Get reps on defensive lobs and overheads so they hold up under match pressure.
Have a partner feed serves from midcourt to groove a short, compact return swing.
