Most Men Notice Aging All at Once
Men's skin is 25% thicker than women's. That sounds like an advantage. It isn't. Thicker skin delays the visible signs of aging — until collagen drops. And when it drops, it drops hard: heavier eye bags, deeper wrinkles, dark spots, loss of firmness. All at once. Most men were never taught to get ahead of it. That's where Particle Face Cream comes in. A 6-in-1 formula engineered specifically for men's skin — reduces eye bags, dark spots, and wrinkles, restores firmness, hydrates deeply, revives dull tone. Two minutes a day. No complicated routine. Over 1,000,000 men already use it. Try it risk-free with a 30-day money-back guarantee. 20% off with code BH20.
Tip of the day
Most players are physically capable of hitting the ATP. They miss it because they spot the chance too late and swing off balance on the run.
The trigger is a dink that travels wide of the sideline. The moment you see the ball drifting wide, start this four step sequence.
Step one: move quick, but don't hurry. Run to the spot where the ball is headed instead of chasing the ball itself.
Step two: get balanced. Arrive early enough to set your base before you swing.
Step three: wait, wait, wait. The longer you let the ball drop, the farther it travels outside the net post, and that distance is what creates the angle.
A ball about two feet outside the sideline gives you almost no angle around the post. At three feet the shot becomes makeable, and at four feet the angle is wide open.
If the angle never shows up, don't force the ATP.
Step four: hit the ball as low as you can.
Footwork depends on the wing. On the forehand side, lunge low with your outside leg and roll the ball around the post.
On the backhand side, cross your right foot over to stay balanced. The cross step lets you roll the ball back into the court instead of slicing it, since a side slice curves away from you and is much harder to control.
Key points
A dink drifting wide of the sideline is your cue to start moving immediately.
Run to the spot where the ball is headed and set your balance before you swing.
Let the ball drop as low as possible, because the drop carries it far enough past the net post to create the angle.
Two feet outside the sideline offers no real angle, three feet is makeable, and four feet is wide open.
Lunge on the forehand side and cross step on the backhand side so you can roll the ball instead of slicing it.
